Preserva Crete™ is our
specially-formulated product that creates an invisible barrier
to water and moisture on concrete, cinder block, brick, or any
porous masonry surface for up to 10 years. That’s right – up
to 10 years of protection from one thorough application!
How does it do it? Simply, Preserva Crete™ is
not “Water Proof” – it actually penetrates beneath the
surface and bonds to the components of your concrete or masonry.
This protection allows moisture to escape from within or under
your concrete or masonry. When
properly applied, Preserva Crete™ will
help prevent freeze/thaw damage, resist water absorption, and reduce ‘spalling’ and
efflorescence.
The ingredients in Preserva Crete™ are
safe and non-toxic. Best of all, your walkways, masonry walls,
stucco, and stonework will be protected from water damage by a
product that is clear, odorless, and environmentally safe. Coverage
varies from 200 to 300 square feet per gallon, depending on the
surface. Preserva Crete™ is
not recommended for basement coatings or any application where
consistent hydrostatic pressure is present.
