Preserva Products™ was established in the
late 1970’s by a licensed building contractor who had an
extensive background in organic chemistry. The combination of these
two inherent qualities helped form the original business objective
of Preserva Products, which is the same today as it was then:
We
got our start in the Lake Tahoe area of California, where its
proximity to lots of homes with wood decks and fences – along
with concrete and masonry driveways, walkways, and patios – made
this the perfect area for testing and refining our products.  We
were fortunate to be in Lake Tahoe during our formative business
years, with exposure to extreme temperature swings and harsh UV,
both of which had to be overcome if our products if we were going
to last.
By 1996, our company was well on its way, with product lines expanding.
We moved our operation out of Lake Tahoe to Auburn, California,
a community located east of Sacramento in the foothills of the
Sierra Nevada mountain range. This move allowed us to occupy a
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and we’ve been here
ever since…rapidly growing our business and responding to
our customers’ needs.
Since the beginning, we have focused our research and development
energies on developing and producing high-value, cost-efficient
products. Hence we’re able to offer longer-lasting finishes
that, whenever possible, also use non-toxic organic components.
Not only are our products superior in terms of their protection
and performance qualities, as well as how gently they treat the
environment, we go out of our way to provide outstanding customer
service delivered with the highest level of business integrity.
We do it all in a manner which is equally responsible to our customers,
our associates, and the communities we serve.
We believe very strongly in our customers and in the community
around us. Locally we have sponsored sports teams in soccer, baseball,
water polo, basketball, cross country, and volleyball, including
teams at the local middle and high schools. We’ve sponsored
sports teams for our customers as far away as Atascadero, and also
sponsor numerous community activities.
All told, this probably explains why so many of our customers – homeowners
and professionals alike – have come to rely on Preserva
Products™ and the quality service we provide.
